Situations when a customer may return an item

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it within 60 days from the date of purchase.

We will replace the product or refund your money, whichever option you would prefer.

You must contact support_na@melbournetool.com and advise of your intention to return the goods to be provided with an authorization number and details on how to return the goods.

Products being returned must include all components (including packaging and instruction manuals etc.) to receive a full refund. You will be responsible for shipping charges unless the item is damaged or defective.
